Exhibitor - Visitor Interaction

Alpcord provides tools by which an exhibitor just scans the visitor badge and the visitor's details are stored in the exhibitor control panel from where he can retrieve it any time.

Visitor Registration & Check – In

With Alpcord's advanced technology, you can now have your visitors register over the web in advance to avoid the rush and also pay online and get an instant confirmation along with their assigned QR code.

Visitor - Exhibitor Interaction

On scanning the exhibitor QR code, the visitor can not only acquire the contact details of the exhibitor but can also acquire a link to the exhibitor's profile and stall location at the event for future reference and social media sharing.

Admin Control

The administrator can not only make the entire process online but also create sub-users under him with specific tasks to manage as the marketing manager can create mailers and send them to the prospective manager can check the list of additional items ordered by exhibitors or the accounts manager to see payment status of the exhibitors and send invoices, reminders and much more.

Registration Management

Alpcord has experience in handling Onsite Registration & Venue Management for Exhibitions & Conferences. Please find below the services that we offer:

  • Auto confirmation email & SMS to all delegates with Unique Registration Numbers.
  • Set-up registration counters and self-serving kiosks at the Exhibition venue where Pre-registered delegates can print their badges with RFID.
